Welcome to jikino1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of jikino1.net and any related services, features, content, and applications offered by jikino1 (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the jikino1 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager — you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion, or bonus rules that jikino1 may publish from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

If you are acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. jikino1 strictly prohibits the use of third-party accounts and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation.

To register and use the jikino1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR regulations for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jikino1, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling self-exclusion program in the Philippines.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to certain international territories.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of a jikino1 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

jikino1 reserves the right to conduct mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the LTO, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and PRC ID. Proof of billing address may also be required.

Failure to pass KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. In cases of suspected fraudulent documentation, jikino1 reserves the right to permanently close the account and refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the jikino1 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, pending bonuses, and accumulated rewards.

When registering your jikino1 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jikino1 account credentials, including your username and password. jikino1 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your jikino1 login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to jikino1 support immediately.

jikino1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In such circumstances, jikino1 will cooperate with the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

jikino1 processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and UnionBank of the Philippines.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jikino1 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) banking business days depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawals: jikino1 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No maximum withdrawal limit is imposed for standard verified accounts, subject to PAGCOR anti-money laundering reporting thresholds.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified jikino1 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

jikino1 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond jikino1's control. Please check with your payment provider directly regarding any applicable charges.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all jikino1 bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports betting, and certain slot categories may contribute at different percentages. The contribution schedule is listed in the specific promotion terms.

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned.

jikino1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to the modification, subject to the completion of existing wagering requirements.

All games available on the jikino1 Platform — including slots, live casino games, virtual table games, fishing games, and e-games — are subject to the specific rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game provider. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

• Creating more than one jikino1 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or transact on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the jikino1 Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown bugs will be voided.
• Using the jikino1 account or Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including but not limited to self-exclusion programs, by creating new accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Engaging in any conduct that jikino1 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, harassing, or harmful to jikino1 staff, player support agents, or other players.

jikino1 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and is committed to providing tools and resources that help Filipino players maintain healthy, enjoyable gambling habits. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or escaping financial difficulty.

jikino1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account Settings dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jikino1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any part of the jikino1 Platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software or technology.
• Use jikino1's trademarks, trade names, logos, or brand identifiers for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated tools or manual processes at scale.

Any unauthorized use of jikino1's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal legal action in accordance with Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jikino1, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jikino1 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
• Gambling losses, whether resulting from your own decisions, game outcomes, or Platform technical issues outside jikino1's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or telecommunications failures in the Philippines.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or promotional materials that were published in good faith and corrected promptly upon discovery.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities is not permitted, jikino1's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

jikino1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for various reasons including but not limited to: updates to PAGCOR regulations, changes in Philippine law, modifications to Platform features or services, or improvements to policy clarity.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jikino1 will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels:

• An in-app notification displayed upon next login to the jikino1 Platform.
• An email notification sent to your registered email address.
• A prominent notice on the jikino1.net homepage or this Terms page.

Changes take effect on the date specified in the update notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes unless a shorter period is required by regulatory directive. Your continued use of the jikino1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our standard account management procedures.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all relevant PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and jikino1 relating to your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jikino1 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution process, which jikino1 is obligated to participate in as a PAGCOR-regulated operator. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for any unresolved legal disputes.
